Chanel dresses us in tweed and earthy colors for the upcoming season
Virginie Viard dresses the whole Grand Palais in tweed for the upcoming spring season. Inspired by Coco Chanel’s trip to Scotland, Virginie shifts us to gloomy and foggy dark mornings and colors them with a dash of light to break the monotony. The dominance of warm earthy colors is often broken by a pinkish shade, white or purple.
While designing the collection, Viard aimed to allude to the sixties, a decade of femininity, women’s power, and freedom – which are also three attributes that best describe the whole collection.
Monotonous but recognizable: Gabriela Hearts’ Chloé show
A-cut coats and oversized blazers are nothing new – but are surely recognizable. Gabriela designed this collection with the intention of combining simplicity and class into one; and succeeded in doing so. Earthy tones, ivory, and beige emphasize the feeling of relaxed luxury and confidence.

Valentino’s collection – another fashion revolution
At the Valentino Couture show in Paris, another real fashion revolution took place – the creative director of the brand Pierpaolo Piccioli showed his extraordinary and breathtaking collection. This time, Piccioli approached the designing process a bit differently; he played with lots of different patterns, materials, sparks, and shades of nude.

Miu Miu’s collection – inspired by younger generations
The new line is focused on neutral colors, simple cuts, folds, and dimensional items. The designer, Miuccia Prada, combined more delicate things with sportswear and created something incredible. Long leather vests, flip-flop sandals, and satin dresses are all an honorary part of the upcoming spring and summer 2023 collection.
